Aerospace

Proprietary Kryron® Alloys have sparked a new renaissance in Aerospace capabilities.  With its revolutionary particle applications in electrical and thermal conductivity, the global future of flight and space will soon soar to heights unknown.

Kryron® heat-dissipating paints and sheer layers of matrix aluminum will provide aviation skins with new rigidity and unmatched strength, with minimized air resistance only imagined in today’s engineering world.

INITIAL AEROSPACE APPLICATIONS

Electronics:

  • Extreme electrical conductivity
  • Near immediate heat dissipation
  • Strong, non-brittle, non-corrosive wiring
  • Solder capabilities to virtually any metal or alloy
  • Markedly lighter than copper, significantly stronger than steel

Internal parts / Engines / Propulsion components

  • Industry-leading strength to weight ratios
  • Extreme wear and friction resistance
  • Volatile temperature and corrosion resistance
  • Non-warping, non-fracturing, new durability standards

External parts

  • Unmatched strength to weight to cost ratios
  • High impact absorbing Kryron® Aluminum skins
  • Minimized weight, and severe heat-reducing skins
  • Impact-resistant, low friction, and extreme heat-dissipating paints

Kryron Technology

KRYRON: THE NEW METAL ALLOYING PROCESS.

The patented invention of the innovative Bourque Industries metal alloying process is called “Kryron.” The Kryronization process creates Carbon Nanotube Metal Matrix Composites (CNT-MMC) using standard alloys and base metals.

Kryronized aluminum is a carbon nanotube metal matrix composite (CNT-MMC). Kryronized materials are superior to other CNT-MMC variants because Bourque Industries has solved two key problems commonly associated with CNT-MMC's, homogenous distribution of carbon nanotubes within the metallic substrate and cost-effective performance on an industrial scale. The infusion of carbon nanotubes into our proprietary metal alloy allows us to create materials with exceptional ballistic capability and low weight.

CLIENT’S TESTIMONIALS

ROBERT LEWIS, COMMANDER
Collier County Sheriffs Office

We tested Bourque armor against a detonated IED, with an explosive velocity of 5 miles per second. Zero Penetration. This is the darndest thing I've ever seen.

ROBERT GOODNER, TACTICAL COMMANDER
Alabama State Police, S.W.A.T.

This armor will save lives, no doubt. It will keep everyone in the fight.
